Terms & Conditions

By using  Wash Dry & Fold Curaçao B.V. service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Our service includes washing, drying, and folding laundry items in accordance with the instructions provided by the customer.


  • Customer Responsibilities
    • Ensure laundry bags are securely closed and labeled.
    • Remove any items that need special handling


  • Detergents and Preferences
    • Standard detergents and softeners are used in our processes.
    • Special instructions must be communicated in advance, such as allergies or specific product preferences.

         Pickup and Delivery

  • Services are available for pickup and delivery at designated times and locations.
  • Customers must ensure that laundry is available for pickup and accessible at the scheduled time.

Limitations of Liability

  • Items Left in Pockets: We are not responsible for any damage caused by items left in pockets, such as pens, coins, or electronics, which can damage clothing or our equipment.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: We are not liable for wear and tear that occurs during the washing and drying process, including fading, shrinking, or stretching of garments.
  • Color Bleeding and Shrinkage: We are not responsible for color bleeding or shrinkage resulting from the washing process.
  • Pre-existing Damage: We do not assume liability for any pre-existing damage, including rips, tears, fraying, or fading, and are not responsible for any worsening of such conditions.
  • Special Care Items: Unless prior arrangements are made, we are not responsible for damage to items requiring special care, including those labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only."
  • Loss of Attachments or Embellishments: We are not responsible for the loss of buttons, zippers, beading, sequins, or other embellishments during the laundering process.
  • Custom or Special Orders: We are not responsible for damages arising from failure to comply with specific laundering requests unless these are clearly agreed upon in writing before service begins.
  • Claim Period: Any claims of lost or damaged items must be lodged within  24 hours following delivery. We are not liable for claims made after this period.
  • Uncollected Items: Items unclaimed after 30 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion. We accept no liability for items once this period has lapsed.
  • Allergy and Detergent Sensitivity: We use standard detergents and are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivity. Clients must inform us of any requirements regarding hypoallergenic products.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to factors outside our control, including extreme weather, power outages, transportation disruptions, or other acts of God.
  • Incorrect or Missing Labels: We are not responsible for adhering to care instructions on incorrectly labeled or unlabeled items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are labeled correctly.
  • Indirect or Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of data, or loss of income.


  • Changes to Terms
    • We reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice will be provided via email or our website.
